Stuffed Mini Sweet Peppers

A sweet and creamy texture to the bbq spread. ⁣

Ingredients

200g Sweet Mini Pepper
200g Cream Cheese
10g Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Green Chilli (omit for toddles)
¼ Tsp Himalayan Salt

Method

1. Mix all ingredients (except the peppers) into a smooth creamy texture. ⁣I used @violife_foods cream cheese.
2. Cut off the tops of the peppers and remove the internal seeds. ⁣
3. You can use a spoon or a piping bag to fill up the peppers. ⁣
4. Place on the grill to get a lovely charred skin. ⁣
