Red Pepper Sauce

I love this dip/chutney/sauce whatever you want to call it, it’s possibly my all time favourite dipping sauce. It’s a great alternative to the everyday tomato sauce.

You’ll get a tangy, sweet, spicy burst of flavours, complementing any starter.

Perfect for crispy spring rolls.

Ingredients

1 Large Red Pepper
1 Red Chilli
2 Tomato
¼ Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Agave Syrup
¼ Tsp Lemon Juice

Method

  1. Loosely chop the peppers removing the seeds.
  2. Blend up all the ingredients together.
