Pico De Gallo (Salsa)

A salsa recipe so simple and yet so satisfying. It’s my go to for added freshness to any dish not just Mexican cuisine.

Only a handful of ingredients that you may already have in your kitchen, and no cooking involved makes it a perfect dip or topping for most snacks.

Ingredients

4 Medium Tomatoes

1 Large Celery Stick

15g Coriander

1/4 Himalayan Salt

1/2 Lime

Method

  1. Chop the tomatoes into medium sized pieces.
  2. Finely chop the celery.
  3. Finely chop the coriander leaves and stalk.
  4. Add in salt and juice of half a lime.
  5. Mix well and serve with your favourite snacks.
