Mint and Fennel Chutney

Such a simple recipe with a flavourful taste.

This is perfect for finger foods and well as a dressing for your favourite snacks.

Stepping away from the traditional coriander chutney, this one gives a fresh and zesty flavour.

Ingredients

30g Mint Leaves
¼  Fennel Bulb
1 Inch Ginger
½ Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Agave Syrup
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Green Chilli

Method

  1. Peel the ginger.
  2. Blend up all ingredients together.
  3. Add a little water if the mixture is too thick.
  4. And that’s it folks!
