8 Idlis medium size.
1 tbsp oil
1 celery stick finely chopped
1/2 green pepper finely chopped
2 fresh green chillis
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 inch ginger finely chopped
1 tomato chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp Pav bhaji masala (optional)
Splash of lemon
