The weather is changing back to sunny days and you know that means bbq’s are coming back out. Those smokey charcoal infused flavours will be hitting our senses for sure.
This week I’ll share my favourite vegan (duh!) bbq recipes and by the weekend you can try out this mouth watering combo for yourself.
Above you’ll see, grilled stuffed mini peppers, crispy satay tofu, grilled sweet potato with a grilled pineapple salsa and spiced tofu skewers (and of course grilled corn on the cob, but you know that one).

200g Firm Tofu
150g Yoghurt
1 Large Red Pepper
100g Baby Sweetcorn
1/2 Tsp Himalayan Salt
1/2 Inch Ginger
1 Tsp Cumin/Coriander Powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder (or paprika for less heat)
1 Tbsp Gram Flour
1/2 Tsp Asafoetida Powder
1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp Carom Powder
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
